Return and Exchange Policy


What Items are Eligible for Return?
Creation By Design issues refunds for defective and/or damaged items that are returned to us in accordance with the following conditions.
  • Your item must be in its original unused condition.
  • You must return the item within 15 days of receipt of your purchase.
  • At our sole discretion, we may request the return of the damaged item before issuing any credit.

How To Return An Eligible Item
  1. Please email return@creationbydesign.com for approval on your return. If approved, we will assign you a tracking number. 
  2. Mail your returned item to: Creation By Design Returns Department Tracking # PO Box 596 Teaneck, NJ 07666
  3. Include a signed letter stating the reason(s) for your return
  4. Include a copy of the original purchase receipt

Return Exceptions
Items can not be returned if they are opened. Merchandise that has been worn, used, or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange.

Exchanges
Your product will automatically be exchanged for a new undamaged version, unless your letter specifically states that the item is no longer of use to you, or other compelling circumstances convince us in our sole judgment that a refund is appropriate.

We reserve the right to decline refunds/exchanges if we believe that the claim is not valid, or there is evidence of misuse.
